When to come in:

To get a smile as white as you’d like, come 7-10 days before your wedding events. Your teeth will still be in the whitening process after you leave your appointment, so don’t hinder the process by coming the day before.

How to avoid irritation

To avoid irritation, do not ​visit​ within 7-30 days of a dental cleaning or dental work. If you have any cuts in your gum, the hydrogen peroxide could find it and ​cause some minor sensitivity.​

The great thing about using the hydro peroxide formula is that there will be no harm done, just stinging at the most. It is similar to when you put hydrogen peroxide on a cut, but this can be avoided with no flossing and gentle tooth brushing 48 hours before hand.

How long should your appointment be?

With a 30 minute treatment expect 2-4 shades brighter and a 60 minute treatment expect 4-7 shades brighter than your teeth shade now .

The length of the session is based of your personal teeth brightness goal, but for your wedding day a 60 minute session should be enough to have a big smile when saying “I Do”.
