Unforgettable Wedding Video in Warrenton

As if a gorgeous wedding ceremony wasn’t enough, these newlyweds hit a home-run at their reception by bringing in an ice cream truck! YUM! It’s safe to say everyone was very happy at the wedding.

Bride Lauren described her big wedding day as “Unforgettable,” which is totally true. Who can forget those great speeches, that gold glittery tablecloth, and those too-cute-for-words wedding signs and decorations?

What part of your wedding planning you are most proud of?

Everything! It was so surreal seeing all your work and coordination over the past year come together. It was even more special having all of our family and friends coming together from all over the country to celebrate US! One of the more unique things we did was our own flowers and they came out great! The day before we did the bouquets, centerpieces, boutonniere’s, etc with the help of our friends and family…it couldn’t have gone smoother!

Where did you get married?

We got married at the Inn at Vint Hill in Warrenton, VA. It is a Civil War Mansion dating back to 1860. They also just recently got a new sperry cloth tent where the reception was held and it was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved the history behind the mansion and it was absolutely beautiful and they are a family-owned business that does their own catering. They were absolutely fantastic to work with! Can’t say enough great things.

Why was using WeddingMix appealing for your big day?

We wanted video footage of our big day. We loved the idea of having our closest family and friends capture moments of our wedding and editing it together to create a video for us to have forever. The cost was also a big factor as videographers can be very pricey and it wasn’t in our budget. This was the perfect compromise!

What special moments from your wedding do you want to remember forever?

We wanted to remember the prep and getting ready before the wedding, our first look, the ceremony itself, first dances, speeches, and the electricity on the dance floor. It was also very special to see the look on our guests’ faces when we surprised them with an ice cream truck!
