1. What part of your wedding planning are you most proud of?

We really wanted our wedding to feel unique and personal to us, so we did A LOT of DIY projects. It was an incredible amount of work, but every element of the day felt perfect, and our guests loved all the personal touches and details.

2. Where did you get married?

We got married at a venue called La Arboleda Ranch in the Santa Rita Hills wine region in Santa Barbara County, California.

3. Why was using WeddingMix appealing for your big day?

We loved the idea of seeing our wedding not just from the perspective of our (very talented) professional photographer, but also from the perspective of our guests. There are so many moments that we didn’t see or participate in personally because we were busy getting ready/getting photographed/getting married. 4. What is your top wedding budget tip(s)?

Aside from setting a budget and sticking to it, I’d say that it is incredibly important to sit down together and decide what elements are the MOST important to you as a couple. Be willing to spend more on those elements and cut back elsewhere if necessary.
