On a breezy June day in 2015, Maid of Honor, Amanda Larkin hosted a “Pearls & Tea” themed bridal shower party for her childhood friend and bride-to-be, Attina Earl.

The magical day was filled with love and laughter as women close to the bride and groom came together to celebrate this joyous occasion. As guests arrived, they were greeted by “The Pearl Lady.”

The Pearl Lady invited each woman to select an oyster from her sparkling booth. Each woman waited in anxious anticipation as the Pearl Lady carefully opened the oyster until her one-of-a-kind pearl was unveiled! All the women gathered around to get a sneak peek of each pearl as others ooh-ed and ah-ed at its glowing beauty.

Each pearl was as unique as the woman who chose it; pink, white, black, lavender, even green and gold pearls were some of colors selected. Afterwards, guests selected a pendant to house their new pearl.

Donning their new pearl necklaces, glowing guests were invited into the house for a beautiful light luncheon with tea catered by bridesmaid, Toni-Ann Flower.

The menu included chicken salad on lettuce leaves, curried deviled eggs, cucumber sandwiches, Tiffany blue macaroons, chocolate cupcakes, and crowd favorite strawberry infused tea.

Afterwards, smiles abounded as guests shared their favorite memories of the bride and groom while Attina opened gifts. As the clock struck four, guests were stunned at how the time flew by. As guests hugged the bride and said their goodbyes, many exclaimed, “best bridal shower EVER!”
