1. What part of your wedding planning are you most proud of?

I love how the day came together so smoothly. There were so many moving pieces and parts to plan out, and it all came together so well. I had amazing family and friends that made the day go smoothly, and were able to help in so many ways.

2. Where did you get married?

St. Robert’s Church in Ada, Michigan and then the reception was at the Goei Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Our wedding ceremony itself was so important to me to have captured. I also enjoyed seeing the speeches that were made at the reception. There were also so many things that I didn’t get to see because there were many guests, that I will be able to see in our wedding video!

Be sure to set a budget before you start planning, and check in often with what you still have left to plan and pay for, and what is checked off the list. Knowing what our budget was, but also knowing what was already spent (before and after deposits and final payments), was a huge help and made planning less stressful.
