Tell us what part of your wedding planning you are most proud of.
I am most proud the all the hard work put into planning the wedding and having my wonderful family help set up and pull off my vision. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day!

Where did you get married?
We got married at Whitefield Chapel, a quaint chapel with rustic pews and brick floors, in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. Our reception hall, Bryson Hall, was an old Packard dealership, so we decided it would be fun to have our ride from the ceremony to the reception to be a 1937 Packard! It was also a special moment for my husband and I to have a private moment together and enjoy the scenic view of Savannah together.

Tell us why using the WeddingMix app was appealing for your big day?
We had heard from friends that the day goes by so fast and wanted to capture the memories on film. We paid for most of the wedding ourselves, and the cost of hiring a professional videographer was way out of our budget. Our wonderful friends were willing to help us snag all the moments on film, so it was perfect for us!

What special moments from your wedding do you want to remember forever?
There were so many special feelings, emotions, and memories made throughout the day and I don’t think I can choose just one moment! The first look, moments together with the wedding party before the ceremony, my mom putting on my veil, my dad walking me down the aisle, saying our personally written vows, first kiss as Mr. and Mrs., the trolley ride, cake cutting, taking pictures in the photo booth, and dancing the night away!

How did WeddingMix help capture those moments?
Our dear friends were able to capture our wedding using the WeddingMix cameras. Many of our wedding guest downloaded the app to help snap some photos and video clips as well! It was great to see the wedding through their eyes and get different perspectives.
